BUT now i have a chick that some kid "dropped" she hasnt been walking very well (obviously) this happened about three weeks ago well she is completly under weight she is extremly small... she has been laying in one corner not moving very much she holds her leg up high and trys to not put any weight on it....she gimps she seems to be eating fine and drinking fine but i am really worried about her... what should i do?? is there even anything i can do??? i dont want her to die but i am so worried about her..... is there anything i can do to get her to walk normal or some what normal?? any advise would be so appreciated!!! everyone helped me out so much the last time

Oh Kasie, what is going on in that school of yours. You are such a trooper to take this on. do basically what you did for the first chick, keep her comfortable and try to get her to drink water. i have no idea what to tell you about her injury. sorry, i just don't know what to tell you to do.

Thank you so much! i have her eating chick starter seed egg yogurt and water with antibotics in it.....i am really trying to make her feel better but she is three weeks older than the three chicks i had here and is three time smaller than them.... its really ridicioulus but i am trying is there anything else that you would suggest??? thank you for all of the advise! i appreciate it so much

you are doing the best you can with her. just keep her comfortable...hopefully someone else will see this and give you some advice as to what to do for her physically.

i am heading home and will check in on you later this evening. just keep doing what you are doing.

this is really sad that you cannot have a good experience with chicks because of carelessness, the school really needs to eliminate this program.

it has worked so well in the past but kids just dont realize these are living breathing creatures! its very frustrating
