What is wrong with my chicken and what should I do??

I posted on here a few days ago worried about my chicken Red. Turns out she is molting. I thought good I have nothing to worry about. But now, her preen gland is EXTREMELY swollen, she seems very lethargic, walks sideways when she trys to go straight, and her skin has turned very dark. What the hell is going on with my chicken?!?! She looks like shes going to die and I dont want her to suffer! Not only is she featherless but now her gland is infected, her skin is like a dark purple, shes lethargic, and walking sideways! She's 1 of 2 left out of my old flock. The new flock of 16 is in another coop separated. But her sister Yellow is with her. They use to not be so close but when they became the last 2 now they're inseparable. Yellow has been laying on Red at night to keep her warm and company and today they came out the coop this morning but red was so lethargic she went back in and Yellow followed. Theyve been in the coop since. Please help!!

Oh my, that is a hard molt. That second picture would be a good entry into the molt contest this year. I would feed some scrambled egg or tuna, salmon, etc for extra protein. Mushy wet chicken feed made fresh is usually attractive to most chickens. Offer fresh cool water in multiple locations. Molting is hard enough, but at her age it is pretty rough. Make sure her new feathers are not attracting pecking from others. I think her skin looks purple due to the color of the feather shafts.

Molting contest? Also, we are gonna give her a dose of honey and apple cider vinegar, put some seperate water additive other than what I already give that I just picked up from tractor supply. Water melon, and gonna give her her own food packed with mealworms, sunflower seeds, fruit etc. As well as give her a nice warm Epsom salt bath. Any other suggestions?

Poor girl that has to be tough on her! Hope she feels better soon!

Sweet baby. She looks like she feels miserable. I wish her the best. Great idea for a soaking tub!! We'll have to create one of those; beats holding the bird in the sloped sink for 10 minutes.
