I need some covering ideas plz

So I'm trying to cover the coop for my pigeons. It already has a chicken wire roof but I want to winterize it....just keep them safe from the elements. I live in Grass Valley,CA up in the mountains. Winters get pretty cold here yet doesnt get a lot of snow.
I'd be grateful for any advice, ideas & pictures anyone has.

I’m wanting to cover some cattle panels for winter run space for my chickens and I’ve been looking at clear tarps at tarps.com. They are reinforced and come with grommets. Take a look! I hope you figure something out! And not too expensive!

I’ve read good things about tarps.com. Someone said their tarps were very strong.

You can make a simple shed type frame UNDER the chicken wire. Then put a heavy tarp on top of it. Or like sequel said cattle panels are easy, cheap and work well. You just put 4x4s on the ground, using long pegs to attach them to the ground. Bend the panels across, and top with a tarp! We made a wonderful cattle panel quad garage and it's been stable and fine for years! It would be more difficult doing any of these under existing chicken wire, but you can do it! Good luck!

What I use. Tarps and vapour barrier plastic. Zip ties used to attach.
