I need some duck help or advice

Help or advice please!?! So we have 4 ducks that are approximately 6 weeks old. 1 of the ducks has been going after another, but only when they are swimming. During the day they will lay next to each other, sleep next to each other. But while swimming it will pull out its feathers and bite her. Why does this only happen in the water? Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you

Hormones are starting to make themselves known. Do you know the sex of your ducks?

He is trying to procreate. They usually do this in the water. Your one duck is a boy. This shouldn't be a problem, unless he is hurting your girls, then he should be separated.

I doubt at 6 weeks they are breeding but they can play at it.
