I need some help...

Take a couple flashlights with you when you go to round them up. You can use the lights, one in each hand, like the guys at the airport who directs the plane, to gather and drive the ducks to the coop. Walk behind them, keeping the group between the beams of light.

That is so funny. I sometimes use the flash light to get them faster into the duck house. They get really moving if you touch their tail with the beam.

Any sign of Lewis? I feel so bad because didn't you lose another gander and just got Lewis very recently?

No sign of Lewis at all.. I did get him recently to replace Owen... He was taken by a coyote, trying to save the scovy girls. This stupid Bobcat grabbed Lewis right out of the yard though.. I heard him just outside the kitchen window and they were vanished when i got out there... i almost couldnt believe it happened that fast.

Only a few ducks are still out of the coop but they've been slowly making their way back to the coop all day... one by one. They should all be back in by nightfall thank goodness. Fatty has been up here about 5 times, totally PO'd that his girlfriends are locked up but he's too much of a brat to go into the pen for me...you wouldn't think a duck that big could move so fast... I should have named him Rocket.
