I need some identification help

A year and a half ago all of our birds were wiped out by a neighbors dogs and it has taken this long to be able to rebuild what we lost. I got the first of our new brood in today and am not sure if they are brown chinese or toulouse, anyone able to help?

Chinese, the bill where it connect the head (at the top) is the wrong shape for a Toulouse.

African & Chinese have that diamond/pyramid shape at the top of the bill at the head
Toulouse have a slight crescent shape that dips in/down towards the tip of the bill
Sebastopols are unibrow looking straight across.
