What is a DNR? Is the concern that my domestics will somehow infect the wild hen? My Tom doesn't hop the fence, so reproduction isn't the issue. I live on the border of wilderness; my donkeys, poultry and future goats, not to mention dog and cat, share ground with all kinds of wildlife. I don't want to fence the wildlife out of habitat, but I also don't want to promote contamination. What concerns do you have in mind considering the domestics and wilds? Is it the shared ground? The social contact?
