I need them out of the pool

We have 8 free ranged ducks. They have a pond, a kiddie pool, the works. They prefer the bigger inflatable ring pool my son uses. Ick. I purchased a cover for it which had holes so rain can go into the pool. So they just swam on top of the cover til it ripped enough to be more fun. Help!

You may just fence the pool in so the ducks have no access to it any more.
