I need to clean my incubator in the middle of a hatch

If I can quickly take the eggs out and rinse out the bottom and put the eggs back in will it be alright? I need to clean a mess out. I don't think it'll take more than a couple of minutes.

Mom has to get off the eggs once or twice each day to eat & take care of her own needs. I think they will be fine.
