when i was a kid my parents roasted corn but it was done on an outdoor fireplace on top a steel plate with wet burlap underneath and on top. Your method sounds like it would be close to that, I just might have to try it. How long does it take to get done? THanks

I marinate chicken in Good Seasons Italian salad dressing then throw it on the grill, very low heat. It's easy and looks like you worked really hard. I serve it on crust rolls with mayo or honey-mustard. We do a lot of sweet corn on the grill too. Just leave the husk on, and grill until the husk turns black. The corn will be steamed sweet by the corn silk. It's wonderful.

I bought my husband one of the MC Donalds and he said it wasn't the same thing at all. I suppose you don't have walmart there, I'll look at the Brand name on the box for you.

I doesn't really take that long, just a bit labor intensive because you have to keep turning it. If you have it over medium heat coals it's done about the time the outside is charred.

No there is no walmart here, we have Coles and Woolworths for grocery shopping and a few other smaller chains, Aldi and IGA.
Thanks for that I really would love to try them.
