I need your input! What should I do this spring?

I currently have 8 chickens. 5 bantams (including a rooster) and 3 standard hens. I used to have 4 standard but Blamo passed recently I sold 4 retired hens in October (I think)
I want to know what your thoughts are on what I should do in the spring. I'm thinking I want more chickens, but I have no idea what to get, etc.
Please help.

Are you wanting advice on what breeds to get?
If so, are you wanting them for eggs, meat, show, breeding, etc.?

Approx. 15 by 10 and the coops is pretty small. Idk. It's the old brown one in the picture.

While there are some advantages to space that you *can* divide, there are many advantages to consolidating the run area and building a new coop that's large enough for the entire flock.

Assuming you plan on using the old coop that needs work to house the new birds, the priority should be fixing that up to be usable before adding any birds.
