I need your opinion, please

Okay so I have heard back from the seller and it seems that another buyer had the same problems as I did. The eggs werent fertile. The seller did offer to ship more eggs in a couple of weeks, but I just dont have the room for three sets of chicks at different ages right now. I already have one batch thats suppose to hatch today plus another batch thats due to hatch on the 30th. I would love to be able to get more eggs, seeing as how Ive been trying to start a flock of Araucana's for a while now. I just cant do it right now(three different ages). Would I be out of line if I asked for my money back? Seeing as how they werent even fertile.

On a side note..I do my best to check out the seller(s) as best as I can. I dont buy off ebay! I stay with BYC sellers and even then I research and make sure they have good feedback. As I have spent quite a bit of money on eggs, too much really, I dont even want to start adding it all up. I think.. no I KNOW hubby would kill me if he knew how much total I have spent on eggs.

So I try my best to make sure they have good feedback and Ive also PM'd people who have bought from that seller to ask questions. How they like them, communication, hatch rates, etc. Even afterr all that, I have been burned a few times. So I try to listen to the old saying of 'buyer beware' cause you just never know.

It wouldn't hurt to ask for your money back, but don't be surprised if they say no. I would take the eggs offered, but ask if they would ship them when YOU are ready. Good luck!
