I haven't been sleeping well because I can't shut off my brain. I want this job sooo bad, but there is no way to force them to take a chance on us, and although we have lots of good experience and my husband already has a very good phone rapor with the Man Interviewing us, for all we know some of the other applicants could have the same. Then I am also thinking about if we get the job, all that will need to be done to move, how much it all is going to cost, and what kind of response we will get when we give our notice. But hopefully I will know a little more tomorrow.

Make sure you investigate the job to ensure it is legit and not some scam--it sounds too good to be true (not the salary, but all the benefits). If it pans out as a real job, then good luck!
 
Oh, it's a real job. It's the same type of job we have now, just better area, and salary & Benefits. Right now we get free rent, utilities and salary, but no benefits, and the pay isn't nearly as good, but we are also on a much smaller scale.

Well, we had our interview yesterday, it was scheduled for 3:30 to 4, but didn't end until 6pm! We really like the couple, and conversation came easily. We think we have a good chance of getting the job, the husband really seemed to be pulling for us, the wife was a little harder to read, but I think she liked us too! They said they would have an answer for us today

, I pray we get this job, the house is 2 times the size of ours now, they pay and benefits are excellent, and the company seems amazing, and it's 5 hours closer to family! Ugh, My stomach is in knots!
 
Good bosses and good friends are great, but in the end the only ones we can truly rely on is family. You have to do what's best for the family. Looks like you've figured this out already. GOOD LUCK!
