I am right there with you. We had SUCH a BAD experience with rabbits. Useless freaking things. But I also don't go small. Started with 6 the day after Easter and have 38 this morning with a dozen eggs in an incubator (first time too). My family thinks I am nuts. I think they are! These doggone chickens are AWESOME entertainment, and the meaties do taste good too ( I was up to 40

).

aww yep they are super cute. If you get really attatched to that particular meatie then there are a few people who have kept them alive by reducing their feed and giving baby asprin every day to fight heart disease.
