I opened the incubator. ..now what?m

I'm not saying my way is the only way but over 40 years of raising chickens and steady 90% hatch rates tells me my way is pretty good.I also build and sell incubators and the only people that have probs are the ones that can't quit messing with them is my experience
Don't get me wrong. I think people do create a lot of their bad hatches by their actions. Alot of the times by trying to "help" when it's not needed. I just believe that (providing you have adequate humidity) opening the bator is not the reason and it's an over used excuse. I believe it is blamed for a lot of bad hatches that had nothing to do with the opening. I know hands off has good successes. I'm just saying that you can be a meddler and have good hatches too and newbies should see both sides of the experience.
