Yeah, the story writes itself. My wife had her car in the garage, and I foolishly parked the golf cart behind her stall as I did a few things. She was in a hurry to go to a wedding party....
Anyway, I have glued the pieces of the body back together using a two part Gorilla Glue epoxy. But I don't know what to use for body filler and paint. I asked a guy at the store about Bondo, but he said it's not made for golf carts. And I went to a number of paint stores and nobody will recommend any certain type of paint for the body work. Problem is, the golf cart body is not fiberglass, it's some kind of molded plastic. Nobody seems to know what I should use in terms of body filler and paint for that material. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
And yes, I take full, 100% responsibility for the consequences of parking my golf cart behind my wife's garage stall. It was absolutely my fault that she did not look behind her before backing up, because it's her world and it is understood she owns that part of the driveway. So, it's my problem to fix. Again, any help appreciated.
