I picked the breed... Now what??

This question is geared towards those of you who have a breed that you focus on (ie, Jen and her Sassy girls).
I want to focus on BLRW, even though I know they really aren't a "standard" color. I figured I'd start with them because I just love them. I have some hatching on the 22nd and my friend has a trio, so I'm able to get a little breeding trio started. Maybe from there I can move on to SL or RL... a standard color.
Now, my question- Now what??? How do you sell eggs, chicks, etc and still come out even? HELP ME!

Once you start getting eggs that are past the tiny pullet stage, I usually wait 5-6 weeks, then you can put an add on our Buy, Sell and Trade forum. There is also Eggbid and Ebay. Hatching eggs are available on both sites.

Good choice. They are beautiful birds.

I love both the Silver Laced 'Dottes and absolutely gotta have the blue laced red 'dottes, if I can ever find some eggs!
