I Processed For The First Time!!!!

but!

i did it

i had 3 quails Jumbo Coturnix 2 females and one mean male that always attacked my hand

well my largest female i couldn't kill her i took her out and started to snuggle her and i just couldn't LOL! and plus she has the curl feather gene

but i processed the other 2

i hope i did it right what do you think?

i still can't believe i did this LOL!

GOOD JOB!!!!

Soak them in a little ice water or buttermilk in the fridge for 24 hours, then shake and BAKE... Delish!!!

They look great! Did you use one of the methods suggested on this forum? I can't wait till my coturnix are old enough to process now . . . (and I don't blame you for playing favorites . . . maybe she can be an egg layer?)
