I love them all . I have 80 Pullets and maybe 10 Roos . My oldest ( about half)
hatched in the middle of March. The rest are between 6-9 weeks. People are always saying'' Let Me Know when You get ready to get rid of some of those Chickens.'' I gave the boy that does My weed eating 25 from the first hatch and a Friend of My son took 10. I really want to keep the oldest Girls about 30 . And I think 24 from the rest.LOL How much Should I charge for the ones 7-9 weeks old?? to name a few Red Star. EE's mixed breeds. Most of the Younger ones are Pullets and were gave to Me when They were a Few days old. The Lady was at a Flea Market trying to sell Them for Easter and didn't want to take Them Home . Right now I have 6 cages and runs. We are building a 16x20 house and a huge run .I don't want Them to be someones dinner. Any advice would be Wonderful.!

Pullets that age you should be able to get $7-$10 for. It's not easy choosing, but it did always feel nice when I got rid of my extras. Much easier to care for!

A Neighbor helped Me with the downsizing . He took home 12 ...11 pullets and 1 roo . Now I'm down to 72. I'm leaning toward 50 . so 22 more to go . Sister is to take 6 and Mom 3 a grandson is taking 4. And Sister-in-law is taking 4 so the last 5 must go together. Then I'm getting a few Guineas.
