I really need help please. My rooster got his head slammed shut in a heavy glass door.

Well, aside from the area around his eye being really swollen and red looking, he's fine. He's eating and drinking water. The eye can open, and you can see the eyeball, but it's watery and he can't see me coming from that eye. He seems fine when I approach him from the other eye. I feel like he's trying to process what's going on... I don't know if I should still keep him in solitary.

Use your own judgement for when he should be let out, but he has only been isolated for a day. You could cage him in with the other chickens, just to keep him out of harm's way. When he seems to be able to protect himself, then he could probably go back out. He may lose the eyesight in his eye which would make him a little easy to sneak up on. You should know more about his eye when the swelling goes down.

I would keep him by himself, so that other birds don't pick on his eye...
No peroxide.... that may blind him if he isn't already, and probably dry the eye out, and burn...?
Maybe get some medicated eye wash....?
and I would put antibiotics in the water to ward off infection....
Maybe keep him in the dark if possible, most of the time, which will probably help him to rest...
Hope all goes well and he gets better.....

I let him out after two days of isolation and he's literally the same as he was. His pupil is much bigger than his iris. It takes up probably 98% of his eye and I don't think he can see from that eye now. He's much more docile now... He doesn't bite and let's us hold him. Aside from that weirdness, he is running around and eating and playing as normal. And the other roosters don't mess with him anymore.

Thank You for your help! I seriously appreciated it!

You're most welcome!
And I was wrong about him being more docile... He is actually probably worse now. My parents don't appreciate him biting everyone and chasing us around the yard when we go out to check on the chickens and ducks so they're actually going to just butcher him and another rooster. They're also really good at crowing at exactly at the same time. Just yesterday I was trying to pick him up and move him and he turned his head and bit some skin off of my arm. Not fun  So goodbye to him soon.

Anyway. Thank you so much for your help! I learned a bit on how to care for an injured chicken next time.
