I see a shadow while candling chicken eggs. What does this mean?

I only did one egg so far. I could see it at the pointy egg just a shadow that went across about almost half the egg. Is the embryo dead?
 
I'm going to hit 52 hours at noon (it's 8:46 here, not sure where you are.) The air sack at the fat end is held tight in place. I used a flashlight that's just not bright enough to be sure what all is in there, but I know in every single one there's a shadow, some of them move (probably a quitter) and some stick in place.

When I did my first hatch the below link was invaluable to me. It shows EVERYTHING you're supposed to see. I hope this helps you as much as it did for me.
