I Seperated a chicken cause she was sick...

My question will my chickens have a problem when I put her back? I had to seperate a sick chicken and am wondering if I will have any trouble putting her back in with the flock. She has been with them since the beginning. Will she have any trouble if I put her back in two or three weeks? That will be when the medicine wears off. We dont want to accidently eat any of her eggs, and we dont want to throw any good ones away.
