I seriously ate too much :(

2 blocks of cream cheese (you can use the low fat stuff, but really, why would you?)
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag toffee brittle (comes two ways- one with hershy chocolate shavings and one with an almond base. Can't go wrong either way.)

Mush it all together. Let sit in the fridge overnight. Stir it all back up really good. Eat with green or red apple slices. Or a big spoon. Or your fingers. Whatever makes you happy.

(I think that's all that is in it. I'll double check when I get home.)

I have an indulgence for this new salad I have come up with... I know....I know.. Salad.. but....

Marzetti's light Berry Balsamic dressing..
chopped apples
Dried fruit mix... cranberries, cherries, blueberries etc..( I get it from Vince & Joe's market in Washington Michigan)
pecans
Sometimes I add slices of red onion...
I forgot to add the salad mix.... but sometimes I don't..just for a snack...
I can't stop eating the stuff..but I look at it this way... I could be over eating on a pie or box of chocolate

Oh my goodness... it is like eating your veggies and desert at the same time.!!!

Ohhh I've made a batch of that stuff before!! It was nummy and way too easy to eat so it's good I took it to the In Laws for our Christmas Thing... but then the pinwheels (brought by SIL) started calling to me....

Ohhhh deviled eggs... SO good, but if you eat more than 2-3 (halves) it's tummy ache time... and THEN hours/day later the real fun begins... I don't think that it was the pepper that earned them the name....
