You just plug the bator into the reptile thermostat and then put the probe in the bator. You have 2 thermostats at that point.
I have heard good things about the repti temp 500r, but I have never used one. And to be fair to the zilla that stuck on for me, I think I let it overheat by placing it on top of the heat chamber box of my incubator.
