If you are taking a B complex for stress you should follow that up with at least 1000 to 2000 mg of vitamin C and a general multivitamin that includes Zinc and Magneisium.
All these work together, and back each other up. Vitamins and minerals taken in concert with each other are 25 to 75 more effective than when taken alone.
Back all that up with a diet rich in dark leafy veggies and greens, melons, fruit, and fish. NO FRIED FOODS, NO REFINED WHITE SUGAR, cut back on red meat, and take a brisk one hour walk every other day and your body be better able to fight back the things that are getting you down.
