Thank you. They will have a 10x20 run fully wrapped with hardware cloth including the bottom to keep out snakes, rats, etc. Top will be roofed, fencing also about 3ft on ground around run to keep raccoons from trying to dig in. Then flowerbeds on top of that. The hen house coop has a about 4.5ftx4.5ft base that will be expanded later to give them more inside room during bad weather. They will have a heater in winter thermostatically controlled ( it will let me sleep at night without bringing them into the living room so i dont worry) and a fan in the summer heat (an AC is still under consideration, lol).

We have two thermostatically controlled heaters, both manual, not digital, so they will restart themselves should there be a power outage or spike. That feature, surprisingly, is a little harder to find.

This was the last one we bought for the new 12'x20' coop. The chickens are in pens, so they can't access it. The other one is a thin oil-filled NewAir radiator heater on a shelf in the older coop, 5'x12'. I have one of those under my desk. Both are set to keep the coops around 40F.
