I stepped on our hens foot and feel terrible

She is laying under the coop and hasn’t moved since this morning. Should I try and pull her out to take a better look at her foot? I feel terrible

I would do so and take a better look at her foot to see if it is possibly broken. Don't beat yourself up, I once stepped on a baby chick (and killed him ) It's just an accident.

She is eating and nothing looks broken. I separated her in a box. Does it look injured?

Well, not to my eyes (but I'm not that experienced so...). Can she put any weight on that leg at all? Glad to hear that she's eating.
