I submitted a breed page of a breed which was not an option!

The breed is called Gourmet Black but I had to use the next closest breed name~Plymouth Rock! Could some moderator or administrator fix it so I'm not lying? Please?
I don't want to spread misinformation.

I'm sorry, but in the US, I'm mostly certain there is no breed as a Gourmet Black.

It is a meat hybrid/breed/something. Very hard to find but I thought people should know more about it. Great bird.

They look something like the Silver Barred hybrid.. A Barred Rock cock and a White Rock female cross.
