i think 1 of my babies is dying

i just went to check on my 8 Polish babies that hatched 6 days ago and one is very lethargic. i gave him some sugar water but he was making a noise every time he breathed. he is not doing it now but we are just sitting on the couch and he looks like he is sleeping. i don't think there is anything i can do for him. the others are fine.
anyone with suggestion???

That probably is a good sign because if he was dyeing I don't think he would chirp he would probably just sit there.

Edited to add: We had a Polish die soon after hatching. He/she would have been a lovely silver-laced had he lived.

I'm sorry you lost your chick.

I lost one yesterday, I had hoped I could save it, but it didn't make it. It's no fun losing one but remember to still enjoy the others.
