I think I am gonna scream!!!!!!!!!

Why feet?

Names... We all can figure out.
Necks... Because most people can't handle it, they move, and the tat looks like crap.
Hands and feet...... because the skin sheds on them more reguarly then the rest of the body and eventually, the tattoo will look faded, warped, or generally crappy. ...... I will do all of the above, but I choose to educate people first, and let them decide.

OMG!!! Young Love.....Gee I wish I could fast forward this one and see what happens in the future? I like the " Void" stamp....
You'll just have to sit back and watch...

Have to tell you about my kid step sister the rebel....when she was 18 she got a beautiful tat of a cool looking sun on her stomach...she's a tiny little thing...when she got pregnant at 18 the sun turned into a beautiful sun with white clouds from all her stretch marks...now she's in her 30's and boy she regrets it....

What a bad thing to do, they will be sooooooo sorry, they will regret that! It cost a lot of money to have one removed, or change into something different. All you can do at this point is pray for them, try to not let it drive you crazy, they have to pay for the mistake. Good Luck.

I know this may be off topic, but it does have to do with the issue of tattoos.

As I said before and as some have commented. Either they or their artist will not do such and such. Now if they were the only artist available well no problem, right. But such is not the case, tattoos are just like any other profession, you got the money somebody gonna color up where ever or what ever you want.

And speaking of money. Am I the only one that thinks it is ironic? Many times I have seen some people, with what I can only assume to be hundreds of dollars worth of tattoos, are the same people that can least afford the expense.

The young man will live to regret his tattoo. It's a shame a lesson like this is permanent.

socioeconomic situation has nothing to do with tattoos or body modification at all... I work with doctors and surgeons that have tats, and a dermatologist who has his eyebrow pierced

and on location...every artist has his or her own reasons why they wont tattoo certain places or things .. a lot of artists wont do face or hands because it is to hard to cover, as in if you are in a wedding or at a funeral to "hide" a tat on your hands or face is to hard and can also affect your employment eligibility, not everyone will hire someone with a tattoo on their hands or face

When Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder were dating, he had her name tattooed on him. After they broke up he had the WINONA altered to read WINO.
Here's hoping in your step-son's case the name can spell something else!
