My keets seem to be terrified of the dark. Just found out this morning when all of them were screaming and bouncing off the walls. I ran out there expecting to find a predator...instead I found that the light bulb blew and they were clinging to the ceiling and walls!

They have a daytime light and a heat lamp at night. Guess they don't know what dark is:/

Hehe, I can remember one time when I put a red chick feeder in the pen with them ... they FREAKED OUT ... they went nutty for like 3 days .. finally they calmed down ( alil' ) and ate some food ... :O

I'll have to figure out a way to decrease the light a little at a time or something. They don't really need heat lamps every night now. Maybe a night light....
