I think I found my farm!!

Ive been wanting a house with a barn and stable since the day I was born. When looking for my first house no way could I afford it, so I got a 5 acre place. It works, but is mostly wood so I'm feeding hay 24/7 and just send my horse off to board a year later as he isnt happy. Well, I believe I have now found a 40 acre place with a barn that may just work! I have a meeting with my house guy I go though to ask if he feels that it's possible. Im really hoping it is, but I'm also terrified that if I do try and get it that it won't work out and I'll lose everything.
I mean I love my house now, dont get me wrong, but I want to farm more and would love to bring my horse home.
