I think I got a rooster....

I ordered all females but I think I have a rooster, what do you think? I think those are saddle feathers growing in? About 14 weeks old. Either a Green Queen or Easter Egger

Both are simply mixes so distinguishing between the two in a male is near impossible. The one odd trait Green Queens sometimes have is five toes which he lacks. He looks like the typical Easter Egger but I can't guarantee he's not the Green Queen cross. Edited to add he's a cockerel!

Yep, that's a cockerel.

Definitely a cockerel. Large red comb, red male patterning on shoulders, and you can see the saddle feathers coming in.

Are you allowed to have a rooster? If so do you have enough hens for him?
Rehoming roo's is not easy, are you ok eating him?

Asking these questions because so many people have no plan for the accidental boys...
