Flipping through the radio channels looking for Christmas music for my youngest son and I to listen to, I found the song Brick House. I turned up the radio and started acting sorta funky... you know, because that song was awesome! I was so happy that I totally forgot about my son. Near the end I looked over at him and said, "That was a great song." He replied, "The keyword there mom is 'was'." He was mortified. Oh well...

I liked that song too... but I don't remember ever listening to them at the same time before.

Anyway I got old enough that my kids think my music is old people music... well unless I play pink floyd or something, then I'm cool again.
