I'd say Nugget and Petry are both cockerels and Chick Norris (very clever name by the way

) seems to be a pullet.

Honestly, the size of comb depends on the breed and comb type. Some breeds will have a huge difference between male and female comb size, and others will have very little, especially at this earlier stage.
