I think I have a hen pecking others

If I have a hen pecking other hens does she have to be removed from the coop?

Not enough info. How many chickens? How much space? Is she pecking everyone or just one or a few? Have you checked to see if anyone is bleeding? Is she drawing blood or is this just normal chicken-pecking to establish dominance?
