I think I have a hen setting on eggs.

Isn't it too late in the year for a hen to be setting on eggs? We've had very mild winters the last few years, but I just can't bank on the idea that we'll have another this year. Should I take the eggs or let her continue?

I have 3 on eggs now. You just won't get eggs till spring. Lol.

Oh, and I am in MI, they'll be plenty feathered before it gets bad, and mom will keep them warm until they are big enough to be on their own. If not, have a heat lamp ready.
