I think I just constipated my chickens

We're dieting, so leftovers for the chickens don't exist right now. I'm very selfish with my puny little lean cuisine, thank you very much!

Poking around in the frig. I found an old package of swiss cheese with 6 slices left.
They scarfed that cheese right up.
Tomorrow's poo should be interesting, or not?
Does cheese do to chickens what it does to me?

We probably don't want to know what it does to you. LOL
We feed ours left over mac and cheese and doesn't seem to affect them at all.
But feeding them Swiss cheese you might experience some early morning yodeling and your girls might turn into Swiss Miss'.

I mix shredded mild cheddar cheese in with my chickens mix at least a few times a week. It hasn't affected them whatsoever.

I think chickens will find a way to mess up their coops and runs no matter what.
