There are several here. metalcore, post-punk, post-pop, emo, a few others. it's a mix of similar genres

my friend use to listen to bring me the horizon. showed me a few songs of them. now i want to know if this is going to be old school bring me the horizon (death core) or the new pop style one.

Feels like it! graduated 10 years ago already and most of the bands I listened to/all these have been bands 10-20 years already even ones that feel “young”/“new”

Probably a mix of both as I believe the headliners will get full length sets as opposed to half hour or twenty minutes or whatever so not sure. They’ll probably play both. If they do get a shorter set then probably greatest hits

I'm actually headed to a jazz-rock fusion show on Friday (so excited!) and my DH's band is going on a very limited tour in CA this summer, opening for a band called Skylit Drive. Hubby's band is hard rock/metal. Headed to the Whisky-a-Go-Go in July. Looking forward to that!

Ahh I love fusion although I haven’t listened in a while! But some of the smaller bands I’ve seen the openers or whatever are kinda jazz almost. It’s awesome. And ahhh wait is it A Skylit Drive or another one with similar title? Hah if it’s the first one, I love them! Didn’t realize they were still together lol ahh
