I think it’s a roo, but not quite sure.

Hey guys! This little mixed breed is coming up on 3 months now and I’m fairly sure it’s a roo. Before I make any permanent arrangements, can anyone give me a certain answer?

Attached are his photos from a couple angles, as well as his sister for comparison. Any help would be appreciated.

Just for clarity, Kiro, the chick in question, is the blonde one while Tigerlily, the assumed sister is the black and orange/brown one.

It's definitely a male. You can see its male saddles and large comb.
