She has the same exact face as my RI White(4 months old). Kind of a rare breed I guess.

If this bird is 4-months old, then she can't be one of the broiler types, she would be waddling around on tree stump legs by now, if she could even walk.

Not necessarily, not if she wasn't fed like a broiler. I have one that is almost 11 months old and she walks, runs, and even tries to fly.

She does waddle and I dont know what kind of food they had her on. BellLisamo mentioned that they said she had access to dog food though.
