...to have a rainbow egg basket.

There are a few colors I am missing--I hope to have very dark Marans eggs at some point, and some blue Ameraucana eggs. I have some eggs in the bator that should be olive eggers and some large white egg layers ready to lay any day now.

    Aren't they beautiful?

Those are amazing! That's exactly what I'm hoping for soon. Just a few of my brown layers have started so far...

I'm glad people here appreciate collections of eggs. [IMG] I tried to show them to my DH and he was just like, "uh huh, those are eggs...." [IMG]

The breeds that laid those eggs are:

Easter Eggers laid the green eggs.

Crevecoeurs laid the little white eggs. (One Crevecouer randomly lays a very very pale tan egg.)

Salmon Faverolles laid light brown/tan eggs.

Black Star sex links laid the darker brown eggs.

Buff Orpingtons laid the pinkish eggs.

I think that's all of them!
