I think my 2 week old duckling has a clogged nose. Please help

I got him and 3 others last friday so they’re about 2 weeks old roughly. they have all been totally fine, but this morning one of them had a runny nose and sneezing. The sneezing and the runny nose seems to have stopped, but now he doesn’t seem to want to eat or drink, and his breathing is very labored.

I was unable to watch the video. Do they have a deep enough water container to dunk their heads in and clean out their nostrils? Make sure they can’t get in all the way though. Also a picture of your brooder set up would help.
