I think my 4 week old chicks are getting mange! HELP! HELP! HELP!

Could I get a upclose look more please,are those bumps on its head

Are you seeing mites or lice? Look for dark spots like dirt or white clumps of eggs. Could those be peck marks by other chickens? I would separate that chick right away until I found an answer. Are these chicks in with older chickens?

we have 13 chicks and 2 hens and 3 have it and it's boiling hot inside we r going to take em down the vet

The vet said its mites but has to order the treatment in has suggested kerosene and linseed oil to treat their coop. Does anyone have ideas for ANY treatment that we can use until they get some in stock???
