I think my chick was born with wry neck?

I have a chick and it started this morning to put it's head under it's body for a long time and won't stop. What do I do?

Is she able to eat/drink?
Photos would be helpful.

For Wry Neck, treat with 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.
See that the chick is eating/drinking well.

She is ok now. She has full control over it's head now.
