I think my chicken has constipation what do I do?

She has a swollen abdomen and floppy comb she barely walks around and if she does she stand still with her eyes closed for a while then goes again, she’s a loham brown and has payed before
She is about a year and a bit old

Definitely not a good sign. I am sorry that I can't give you a diagnosis or anything. I saw that you tried feeding her molasses water last week. I would take her to the vet if she is still not taking any fluid.

Sounds like Ascites aka waterbelly. It would be best to cull your hen.

Cull in this instance means to put her to sleep. There is no cure for ascites in poultry. You can drain fluid from her abdomen, but it's only a temporary fix.
