I think my chicken is blind

My only pullet EE seems to be blind, she is eating and drinking but she has to find the food and she walks with her head down like she feeling her way around until her beak bumps into something. Is she worth keeping. I was hoping to have an ee female hen to go with my roo.. Is there anything that can be done?

I would keep her around, there are several on this forum that have or still have blind chickens.
the one that sticks in my mind the most is southern28 and her blind tiny. she still has that hen and is doing fine the last I heard.
