I think my chicken sick

I have a chicken that is weak and wings are drooping can't hold head up won't eat or drink was in nest box for several hours so I took her out her feet were hot to the touch I need help her eyes are clear the other five are ok acting normal so I took her out and gave her water and food but won't eat or drink please some help me

See if she needs cooling down, putting feet or lower body in cool water and try to drop water on her beak or use dropper to give water

I tryed that she is weak was fine this morning now she won't get up I have her in shade

Maybe she is egg bound you said she was in the nest box maybe that could be it
