My duck hasn’t been acting right. I was sitting out with them today and one of them pooped and it looked like a worm came out and then went back up into my duck... has anyone else encountered this??

Pictures posted... Any advice would help.

Welcome to BYC.
It appears to be a phallus, and it looks to have prolapsed.
Could you bring him inside, clean the area up well, and post a few close pictures?
I hope these pictures will work.

I cannot see the phallus, so I assume it has retracted back into place.
Postoperative care for a phallus prolapse tends to include ensuring the duck is drinking, and eating adequately, and the tissue has not retracted in unwanted bacteria.
To help reduce strain in the GI tract, consider adding mineral oil to the bird's feed, and eliminate any offering of fibrous treats such as greens.
In many cases, it is worth separating the drake from the females for a short time to lessen the chance he will try to use the phallus during mating which could cause another prolapse.

Thank you for your advice. I am new to having ducks and this was very helpful.
