I think my Favorite Hen, may actually be a ROO!! Tell me it isn't so!

So this is my girl on the Right, the darker chicken. She is about 12 weeks old, and is a ISA Brown.
She is our favorite chicken. but as she gets older we notice her waddle/comb is bigger then the rest of the girls. She is also very bossy. Could she be a roo? The chickens to the left is the same age as her, they came from the same group.

What are tell tale ways to tell between a Rooser and Hen?

that does not look any thing like a ISA brown....it look like a Red Sex-link...also known as golden comet, red star, golden sex link and many more....and if it is a red sex-link which i am 95% sure it is...it is 100% a pullet
 
An ISA Brown is a sex link, just another trade name for someone's "brand"--it's a red sex link cross of RIR and White Leghorn.
